Arthur Denny Fiske

Arthur Denny Fiske, of New Castle, Colo., died Saturday, Nov. 16, 2002, in Glenwood Springs, Colo. He was 69.

He was born July 30, 1933, in Madison, N.J., to Dorothy and G. Whitney Fiske.

After graduating from Madison High School, he served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.



He lived in the Valley for the past 30 years, first in Glenwood Springs and for the last 10 years in New Castle.

Mr. Fiske enjoyed collecting and restoring old automobiles, was an avid coin collector and loved working with leather. He made beautiful wallets and other gifts for his family. In his later years, he learned to play the banjo.



Mr. Fiske is survived by sister Ann Fiske Atchison, of Madison, N.J.; brother G. Whitney Fiske Jr.; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service is set for Friday, Nov. 22, at Grace Episcopal Church in Madison, N.J.
