Baltazar Mancinas

Baltazar Mancinas, 59, of Carbondale, passed away Oct. 15, 2008, in Glenwood Springs.

He was born Nov. 30, 1948, in Batopilas, Chihuahua, to Jose Mancinas and Cruz Torrez.

He married Maria S. Nevarez Feb. 1972, in Pena Blanca, Chihuahua.



He has been a valley resident for 30 years.

Baltazar is survived by his wife; son Noel Mancinas; daughters Cristina, Raquel and Lisbeth Mancinas; brothers Francisco and Leanides Mancinas; sister Graciela Mancinas; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; and grandchildren Miguel, Alexis, Alondra, Luis, Estrella, Eduardo, Yarelie, and Gael.



A visitation will be held at 5 p.m. Thursday Oct. 16, at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church in Glenwood. A funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 17, at St. Stephen’s, with burial following at Rosebud Cemetery.
