The proposal calls for construction of three-tenths of a mile of road and pipeline on U.S. Forest Service lands.

The BLM and the USFS will prepare environmental assessment documents on the plan, and are asking the public to submit comments by June 8 for inclusion in the assessment process.

Written comments and questions should be directed to the Glenwood Springs Energy Office at 2425 S. Grand Ave., Suite 101, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601.
