Glenwood Insurance Agency is happy to announce that Gil Villarreal has taken over information technology for all three offices. Gil joined the agency with his insurance license, but his true passion is computers. Prior to Glenwood Insurance, Gil spent 13 years in the computer industry as a software engineer, Web site designer and network administrator.

KidzPlex, an indoor, multi-purpose children’s fitness facility and child-care center, is located in the Midland Center next to Sopris Lighting and the Glenwood Dance Academy. KidzPlex is scheduled to open in November, offering child care for ages 2 and potty trained through age 5, as well as recreational and competitive gymnastics classes. Registration will be held Thursday, Sept. 29, through Saturday, Oct. 1, at the KidzPlex facility, 100 Midland Ave. in West Glenwood. Registration packets may be requested by calling 945-0606.
