Rebecca Lemmon, DVM, has recently purchased Valley Veterinary Clinic PC, from Dr. Karen Boland. The practice, renamed The Valley Veterinary Clinic PLLC, is located at 317 West Ave. in Rifle. The clinic is equipped with X-ray, ultrasound, full bloodwork capabilities, dentistry and surgery, as well as routine and emergency health care for small animals. In response to the growing population of Rifle and the surrounding areas, the practice is happy to receive new patients. Dr. Jane Rubio, DVM, and the rest of the existing staff have stayed on to continue the excellent practice started by Dr. Boland. Dr. Lemmon received her bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, and her doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University. Splash Home Furnishings and Design has announced the purchase of a 4,500-square-foot property neighboring its flagship store at 2316 S. Splash Home Furnishings started in 1992 and expanded to Edwards in 2002, located at 0105 Edwards Village Blvd.
The new location will open sometime in September.
