Susan LeDantec Orcutt, FNP, has joined Mountain Family Health Center. She graduated from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Centers School of Nursing in Denver in May 2007 with a master of science in nursing, family nurse practitioner degree. She received her bachelor of science in nursing from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Centers School of Nursing, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2003, following completion of her pre-nursing requirements at University of Colorado in Boulder. Annick Pruett, executive director of the Rifle Area Chamber of Commerce, recently completed Institute for Organization Management, an intensive weeklong nonprofit leadership training program held July 13-17 at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.The industry leader in nonprofit education, the institute is a four-year program held at five sites each year. Through a combination of required courses and electives, students not only enhance their own organizational management skills but add new fuel to their organizations, making them run more efficiently and effectively. Graduates of the institute receive the IOM recognition, signifying completion of 96 hours of course instruction in association, chamber and nonprofit management.
