Junior Achievement of the Roaring Fork Valley is proud to announce that Susan Hamley, Snowmass Tourism director, is joining its board of directors.”Susan is a great resource for Junior Achievement as our organization continues its impressive growth in our valley. Her experience in marketing, promotion, publicity and event planning, among other important skills, will help us reach our goals to positively impact our students in the areas of financial literacy, business/economic principles and work readiness,” said Sharon Brady, District Manager of JA Roaring Fork. Hamley said, “I have a lot of local connections to help expand support for JA and also a strong personal interest in seeing kids prepare now for a successful future in both business and in real life.” For the past nine years, Hamley has overseen the development, management and enhancement of the brand for Snowmass Tourism in collaboration with Aspen/Snowmass marketing entities, as well as led a talented team responsible for marketing, special events and group sales. Hamley was previously the COO at Eventions in Minnesota developing and implementing strategic event marketing solutions for clients. Prior to that, she spent 12 years with Citicorp Diners Club in Chicago as vice president of Sponsorship & Business Development.
