Pretti was named Realtor of the Year by the Glenwood Springs Association of Realtors. Pretti, who has been in the real estate business for almost 25 years, has served as President of the GSAR and other officer positions, and is currently a director for CAR. As a fourth-generation Garfield County resident, Pretti is well-known throughout Western Colorado. His son, Justin, carries on the Pretti legacy of being a cattle hauler. The goal is to help link developing businesses with commercial space available throughout the communities served by the SBDC.
