Midland Fitness trainers complete kinesiotaping course
Midland Fitness personal trainers Steve Wells, Jennifer Harbottle, Claudia Craig, Brittney Glock, Nate Rand, Lauren Hoffman and Matt Gilhooly have completed a kinesiotaping (K-Tape) course. The technique has existed for many years but has recently become popular due to its purported effectiveness and minimal side effects and is appropriate for anyone with a musculoskeletal injury. Properly applied K-Tape is said to speed up the healing process by reducing pain, reducing inflammation, and improving blood and lymphatic circulation.
