She specializes in cranial-sacral, medical and pre-natal massage, myofascial release and worker’s compensation cases. Haber is also a certified nutritional therapist and has experience in nutritional counseling with a focus on pH balance. Changes at Gould Construction
Mark C. Gould, chief executive officer of Gould Construction Inc., who has been president for 30 years, is passing the baton to Mark Gould Jr. Mark Jr. will now add the presidential duties to his current role as chief operating officer. Gould Construction Inc. has also promoted Kimberly Ochko to senior vice president of finance, and Paul Jacobson to vice president of preconstruction services.
Sharma Philips earns Ironman certification
Midland Fitness personal trainer Sharma Philips has completed an Ironman triathlon training certification. The Ironman is the ultimate triathlon event. The Ironman organization certifies trainers to coach beginners and advanced triathletes throughout training, equipment and competition strategy. Philips is Midland’s triathlon training specialist and is currently an assistant coach for the Roaring Fork Women’s Triathlon Team.
