New real estate agents at Bullock & Hinkey
Bullock & Hinkey Real Estate has hired three new agents.
Ryan Bosco has an entrepreneurial spirit and a deeply rooted family history in the Glenwood Springs area. Having grown up in a town that has so much to offer he had many pleasurable years of working with visitors in various positions ranging from tourism to hospitality. Only after living in several different towns and cities around Colorado did he realize where “home” truly was, and he returned to this valley. Ryan is excited to become more involved in the world of real estate brokerage and property management as he looks forward to the challenges and pleasures associated with working with buyers, sellers, property owners, and tenants to find property that is a true fit.
Carter Sharaf specializes in commercial and business sales. Marketing and advertising a business to get the highest possible price without letting anyone know the business is for sale is called business brokerage, Sharaf’s specialty. He has bought and sold several businesses in the valley and understands the intricacies of selling or buying a business.
Cody C. Reed has been a broker for 12 years in the Roaring Fork Valley, where he is a native. Contact Reed at (970) 618-9652.

Doug Stenclik and Randy Young had a feeling that ski touring — everything from uphilling at ski resorts to more adventuresome trips to the backcountry — would surge in popularity, so in 2011 they took a chance and opened a shop dedicated to the niche sport. It paid off and they have continued to grow. This winter they teamed with Aspen Expeditions to take over retail operations at the base of Aspen Highlands.
