Coldwell Banker Mason Morse is moving to Snowmass

With the Snowmass, Colorado, real estate market beginning to surge, Coldwell Banker Mason Morse will open in a new Snowmass location in December to kick-off the 2014-15 winter season.

Buoyed by the experience and support from the longest-standing real estate brokerage firm in the Roaring Fork Valley, the office will be located in Base Village on the ground level of the Capitol Peak Building and will offer a comprehensive suite of services including marketing and sales for residential, development and commercial properties.

“The market has shifted dramatically,” said Jonathan Boxer, supervising broker of the Snowmass office. “We are seeing steady action in single-family homes and condos and even starting to see developers rolling up lots for future development. Our Snowmass brokers are bullish on the market and even more bullish on the CBMM marketing splash that is going to give our sellers big exposure locally and globally. And besides, Snowmass Village is a great place to call home with its beautiful vistas, genuine people, top-notch festivals and concert series and incredible skiing!”

Coldwell Banker Mason Morse plans to expand its commitment to the Snowmass community much like it has done with Aspen, building solid relationships, fostering creative partnerships and being good stewards. The company has plans to make significant commitment to Snowmass Village and at Snowmass ski area, which it will announce later this year.
