Jean A. Edmonds, of Glenwood Springs, recently received her masters in real estate designation. The MRE is awarded through the Colorado Association of Realtors Education Services and is designed to provide advanced training and skills in current real estate topics and issues. Edmonds has been in real estate in Glenwood Springs for 22 years and can be reached at 945-7013.

Shanley Mangeot, a licensed clinical psychologist and pediatric neuropsychologist, has joined the Child and Family Counseling Center, 720 Cooper Ave. in Glenwood Springs. She has taken over the practice of Mary Williams, who is retiring. Mangeot has bachelor and masters degrees from the University of Colorado and a doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Denver. Her expertise is working with children and adolescents in a variety of neurological, psychiatric, developmental and eating disorders. She also works with adults with brain injuries.

Also joining the Child and Family Counseling Center is Resa Hayes, a parent educator specializing in Theraplay techniques. She provides office and home consultation. She is also available for custody evaluations and court-appointed advocate work. She has a bachelors degree in psychology and 12 years of experience working with at-risk children and their families in Garfield County.
