Celebrate 50 years of swapping skis and other winter items at the longest running sports swap on the Western Slope from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 6, at the Aspen Middle School. To celebrate the 50th anniversary, there will be more than $2,000 in ski swap gift certificates given away ($50 each). Participants can drop off adult and children’s new or used ski equipment, clothing, and accessories between 4:30-6:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 5. Information: 429-2105.

The Waldorf School on the Roaring Fork presents “A Public Biodynamic Gardening Workshop” with Lloyd Nelson, a biodynamic practitioner from North Carolina, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 6.
