Carbondale Acupuncture holds fundraiser Friday
Carbondale Acupuncture Center is hosting a Pick-A-Jar Fundraiser on Friday. Beneficiaries will be three local nonprofit organizations, the Thompson Divide Coalition, Advocate Safehouse and the Family Resource Center.
As a way of saying thank you for 10 years serving the Roaring Fork Valley, Carbondale Acupuncture Center will donate all of the proceeds from the day’s treatments. Those receiving treatment will deposit payment into the jar of the nonprofit of their choosing.
The day will begin at 7 a.m. with a meditation/gong bath and continue with a day of acupuncture, massage, nutritional counseling, herbal medicine and emotional/spiritual healing. Weather permitting, outdoor massage tables will be set up. An open house will follow from 5-8 p.m.
Carbondale Acupuncture Center is located at 54 Weant Blvd. next to Sopris Park in downtown Carbondale. Call 704-1310 to schedule an appointment or drop by the office Friday.
Start a dialogue, stay on topic and be civil.
