Carbondale Arts hosts holiday bakery, trunk show

The Launchpad in Carbondale will host the first annual “Pop-Up Holiday Bakery and Trunk Show” from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, and again from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.

Presented by Carbondale Arts, the new event is addition to the annual Deck the Walls artisan market, where local artisans will gather their holiday crafts for purchase, according to a press release.

Vendors including Big B’s, Skip’s Farm to Table Market, In Season Catering, and Roaring Gardens will have pies and cakes, jams and jellies, fresh winter produce, lotions and elixirs, and more. Also on hand will be Kristen Levy and Joy White’s homemade kimchi, Lorraine Morrison’s jams and chutneys, Sopris Health & Wellness CBD products, and dog treats from Barks Bites.

Both days will also feature a trunk sale with Carbondale-based Fifty Twenty-Eight, selling handcrafted small-batch footwear.
