Catch a Marley in Steamboat Springs
WHERE TO: The Gondola Square at the Steamboat Ski Area in Steamboat Springs (about two hours and 15 minutes from Glenwood)
WHEN: 3:30 p.m. Saturday
WHAT FOR: A concert by Ky-Mani Marley, son of, yes, Bob. The Grammy-nominated singer and songwriter has found success in covering his father’s old tunes as well as his own albums.
COST: Free
WHY? Because Bob Marley had 13 children, many of whom are making their own music today. But this weekend, only one of them will be gracing a Western Slope stage.
