Celebrate Sweetest Day with random acts of kindness

On Saturday, commemorate Sweetest Day by doing nice things for friends, family and even strangers. The following suggestions could really make someone’s day:• Write your grandparents a letter, send it by postal mail (not e-mail), and include pictures.• Bake cookies for someone who helps you everyday, like a bus driver or delivery person.• Call a friend who is a single parent and offer to watch the kids for the day.• Pay for the person’s coffee or lunch standing behind you, hand them a note that says “pass it on.”• Designate a day each month as “Singles Sweetest Day” for you and all your friends. Take turns coming up with fun ideas for social outings.• Make dinner for an elderly neighbor.• Go to lunch with a co-worker that normally eats at their desk.• Buy your sibling a plane ticket to visit you.• Send your parents a gift card to a restaurant they’ve never visited.• Rake your neighbor’s lawn anonymously while they are at work.Source: It’s Just Lunch
