Chelsa Inez Pinkerton

Chelsa Pinkerton, 81, of Rifle, passed away Feb. 11.Chelsa loved to play the piano and organ, enjoyed oil painting, and loved her little maltese, “Sugar Bear.”She is survived by sons Terry (Sandra) Pinkerton of Pontiac, Ill., and David (June) Pinkerton of Rifle; grandchildren Wade Pinkerton and Gearod Pinkerton, both of Rifle, Jason Pinkerton of Denver, Todd and Susan Pinkerton, both from Pontiac, Ill., and Breezy and Allison Pinkerton, both of Rifle; and too many friends and neighbors to mention.Services will take place at a later date in Aztec, N.M., where she had lived since 1956, until recently when she moved to her son’s house in Rifle.Rifle Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
