Christian music festival comes to Rifle

RIFLE, Colorado ” Bring your Bibles and blankets to the Garfield County Fairgrounds June 20-22 and prepare for some good, clean fun.

The God Rally Project, a free multi-performance multi-day Christian Music and Speaker Festival, is coming to Rifle with such music acts as Big Daddy Weave.

The festival will also showcase several local musical performances, such as Nicole Hope Crandell of Rifle, and will also include several well-known Christian speakers throughout the three-day event.



Times are Friday, June 20, with gates opening at 4 p.m. The show starts 5 p.m. and will close at 11 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday, June 21 and 22, gates open at 9 a.m. with the show starting at 10 a.m. and running until 11 p.m. While one main and alternate stage will close at 11 p.m. there will be another late stage that will be open until 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights.

While the festival is free ” parking at the Garfield County Fair Grounds will cost $5. Free parking will be available at the Rifle Middle School and Rifle High School with shuttle transportation available.



Overnight camping will be allowed on and but reservations are requested by calling (970) 876-2791 or (970) 379-1842 between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.
