Unitarian Universalist services
“The Wisdom of Insecurity” will be Michael Abdo’s sermon topic on Sunday, Oct. 5 at 10 a.m. at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Glenwood Springs. Michael was a monk for 30 years and abbot of his community. Although no longer affiliated with the Catholic Church, he continues to teach meditation and maintains a counseling and psychotherapeutic practice in Aspen.
Liberal religious education for children, with teacher Michele Howard Snode (876-2104), will explore the Fourth UU Principle: Freedom to search for what is true and right.
