Unitarian Universalist Services
“Valentine’s Day: You Can Never Have Too Much Love” is the sermon topic chosen by the Rev. Dr. Sandra Lee for Sunday, Feb. 15.

Glenwood Mennonite Church
Lynn Miller, author of “The Power of Enough,” will host a four-session presentation at Glenwood Mennonite Church Feb. 13-15. Miller, a theologian, discusses the empty notion that happiness can be found in the accumulation of material possessions. Miller’s sessions will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 13, and Saturday, Feb. 14, and at 9:30 and 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 15. Open to the public. Information: 945-5245.
Grand River Baptist Church
The Grand River Baptist Church ” “A Place for You” ” welcomes everyone to its worship service and Junior Church Worship at 10:45 a.m. on Sundays. Glenwood Church of Christ
The Glenwood Church of Christ holds Sunday Bible classes at 9 a.m. and worship services at 10 a.m. A new Wednesday night class is at 7 p.m. The Youth Group meets at 9 a.m. on Sunday and at 7 p.m on Wednesday. Students Pursuing Outrageous Relationships with the King meets every Thursday from 3:30-5 p.m., for grades 6 to 8.

First Baptist Church New Castle
First Baptist Church, 172 N. 7th St., New Castle, recently moved into its new classrooms and remodeled fellowship/kitchen facilities. Sunday morning celebration service begins at 10 a.m. Children’s Church (3 years to first grade) and Power Hour (grades 2-5) start at 10 a.m. Sunday Bible classes start at 9 a.m., ranging from preschool through adult. There are two Ladies’ Bible Studies meeting on Thursdays at 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. Their study is “At the Heart of Friendship.” An informal ladies’ brunch is served on the first Thursday morning of every month. River of Life Worship Center

Congregational Church of the Valley
Congregational Church of the Valley, 6th and Home Street, Silt, hosts worship service at 10:30 a.m. Sunday mornings. Adult Bible Forum for Adventurous Minds is at 9:30 a.m.

First Presbyterian Church
The public is invited each Sunday to a spiritually uplifting service at First Presbyterian Church, 1016 Cooper Ave., Glenwood Springs. Worship service is at 10 a.m.; all are welcome to join church members afterward for fellowship time. Children are called to Sunday school during the worship service. In addition, a lively adult Sunday school class meets at 9 a.m. Sundays for Bible discussion and coffee. There will be an Ash Wednesday service at 7 p.m. on Feb. 25.
