Clarence Lee Dieter

Clarence Lee Dieter, 83, passed away March 18, 2009 at his home in Carbondale.

Clarence was born Oct. 8, 1925, to Eugean and Leona Dieter.

Clarence married Coral Rose Flock, in 1945, in Payette, Idaho.



He worked for Morrison Knudsen from 1950 to 1989. In 1960, Clarence went to work at Mid Continent Coal and Coke Company in Redstone, where he worked until 1983.

He is survived by daughter Gayleen (Willie) Beaver of Grand Junction; son Rod (Tracey) Dieter of Meeker; grandchildren Sidney Dieter of Grand Junction, and Autumn Dieter of Honolulu; sisters Melva Graham and May Jepson; and brother Delvin Dieter.



Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, March 23, at Evergreen Cemetery in Carbondale.
