CMC Spring Valley to host three commencement ceremonies

Colorado Mountain College at Spring Valley will celebrate 2018-19 graduates Saturday, honoring graduates of multiple degree programs from several area campuses.

The pinning ceremony for graduates of the nursing school will begin at 8:30 a.m. Saturday. Graduates of both Spring Valley and Breckenridge campuses will be honored at the ceremony at Spring Valley.

Dr. Karren Kowalski, president and CEO of the Colorado Center for Nursing Excellence will give the keynote address.

Bachelor’s degree graduates from Spring Valley, Glenwood Springs, Carbondale, and Aspen campuses will have their commencement at 11 a.m. at Spring Valley.

The commencement speaker will be Holy Cross Energy CEO Bryan Hannegan.

Students receiving Associate’s degrees or certificates Spring Valley, Glenwood Springs, Carbondale, and Aspen campuses will have their ceremony at 1 p.m. at Spring Valley.
