The Pullman presents an evening featuring five beers and ales from Crooked Stave with five courses from chef de cuisine John Chad Little and our kitchen at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 13, at 330 Seventh St. in Glenwood Springs. Seating is limited and these events always sell out quickly. Call 970-230-9234 for more information about this event, as well as a reservation. All priced at $57.63 per person.

Matthew Lepore, the new director of the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission, will be speaking on COGCC regulatory processes and his priorities for the agency at 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 6, at the Rifle Library 2nd Floor conference room. Dinner is served at 5:30 p.m. RSVP to for meal-planning purposes.
