Well-known fiddle and guitar players Fred Carpenter and Tim May will be presented by Glenwood’s Community Concert Association at 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 9, at Mountain View Church. Admission is by membership ticket available at the door. Adults attend five concerts during the season for $40; students pay $15, and families may join the association for $85.

Joined by bass and mandolin players, Carpenter and May have become a sensation in Nashville playing bluegrass, swing, rock, blues, jazz, Celtic and original numbers. They are fine vocalists, published songwriters and have been involved in Grammy nominated projects.
