Wild West Day is here again on Sept. 25 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Carbondale Rodeo Arena.This year’s event will include mutton bustin’, calf scramble, a stick horse rodeo and much more. We will also be having roping events starting at 3 p.m. for anyone interested to come and participate for $10 a go. There will be vendors, games and horseback rides for the whole family to enjoy.Advanced tickets are available at $35 for a family of four or $50 at the gate for a family of four.For more information call Tori Davis at (970) 625-9160.

In the month of September, YouthZone is offering free parent consultations as a thank-you to the community for its support in this year’s annual Kiss-n-Squeal fundraiser. A consultation is a 50-minute session to help identify family needs and issues.
