As of Oct. 1, Crystal River Ballet School has moved into the “Computers For Kids” location of Youth Entity in Bridges High School at 455 S. Third St. in Carbondale. Our new facility will begin holding classes on Monday, Oct. 4. The official grand opening will be held on Friday, Oct. 29.

Bargains will be plentiful at the upcoming used book sale, sponsored by the Friends of the Glenwood Springs Branch Library. The sale will be held from through Oct. 9. Memberships are available at the door.Visit the sale often and choose from more than 15,000 used hardback and paperback books, conveniently sorted by category. The sale opens at 10 a.m. each day except Sunday, when it begins at 1 p.m.Book donations are gratefully accepted year-round, during the library’s regular hours of operation. The library is located at 413 Ninth St. Please call 945-5958 for more information.
