Arrests merely indicate an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven or otherwise pleading guilty in court.)-On June 22, Joel E. Musich, 43, of New Castle was arrested by Garfield County Sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of drunken driving. His passenger, Robert D. Teddy, 51, of New Castle was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing government operations and obstructing a peace officer. -On June 22, Garfield County Sheriff’s deputies were notified of a domestic violence situation reportedly in progress in the Parachute area. Bryan D. Ludwig, 43, of Parachute was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence, third-degree assault, harassment, resisting arrest and obstructing a police officer. -On June 23, Glenwood Springs police pulled over a driver for an alleged traffic violation on Grand Avenue. Traviss K. Guccini, 31, of New Castle was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving, DUI per se and weaving. -On June 23, Glenwood Springs police arrested Eric J. Molthen, 21, of Carbondale on suspicion of buying alcohol for minors, illegally carrying a concealed weapon, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
