On Sept. 21, Rifle police were called by a woman who said she was stopped by a man who then broke her windshield with his fist. He then proceeded to tell the woman and her friends to slow down when driving through his West 26th Street neighborhood.Shane Albracht, 27, of Rifle, was cited for criminal mischief for breaking the windshield. -On Sept. 20, Rifle police were notified by a caller that Roosevelt Debose, 42, of Rifle, was pounding on the door of a residence, trying to get in. When police arrived, they reportedly overheard Debose threatening his wife to let him in and calling her derogatory names. After being arrested and placed in the back of the police cruiser, Debose reportedly kicked the driver’s side rear window out of the car. He was arrested on suspicion of harassment, criminal mischief, domestic violence and menacing. -On Sept. 20, Rifle police were notified that Joshua Morgan, 22, of Rifle, became angry and broke two windows and screens in a residence, then damaged the refrigerator. He was arrested on suspicion of criminal mischief. On Sept. 20, Rifle police stopped a vehicle for speeding. The driver, Vivian Sirotek, 28, of Parachute, had three children without restraint devices. She also was driving with a revoked license.Sirotek was arrested on suspicion of driving under restraint and child restraint system required.-On Sept. 23, Rifle police were contacted by a man who told them he had a warrant out of Rifle. He was told to come in and take care of the warrant and released.
