Arrests merely indicate an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven or otherwise pleading guilty in court.-On Aug. 29, Glenwood Springs police arrested Jim Mock, 27, of Casper, Wyo., on suspicion of drunken driving, DUI per se and speeding. -On Aug. 29, Glenwood Springs police were called to a domestic dispute. The female victim said she was cooking dinner when her husband pushed her against the wall and broke the telephone to keep her from calling police. The victim said he also pushed their daughter. Juan Vargas, 40, of Glenwood Springs was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault, harassment and abuse of telephone services. -On Sept. 2, Glenwood Springs police were called about an intruder at a residence. The suspect, Christopher Lamson, 36, of Glenwood Springs, was found nearby and identified by the victim. Lamson was arrested on suspicion of first-degree criminal trespass. -On Sept. 2, Jim Prudhomme, 36, of Glenwood Springs was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving and driving without a license. -On Aug. 30, Garfield County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Leslie J. Anders, 41, of Parachute on suspicion of drunken driving, DUI per se, reckless driving and prohibited use of weapons for having a loaded .38-caliber pistol.
