Arrests merely indicate an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven or otherwise pleading guilty in court.-On Sept. 16, Garfield County sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to Valley View Hospital to investigate a possible sexual assault on a child. According to the victim, a 20-year-old male committed the sexual assault while living in the same residence as the victim, the sheriff’s report said. -On Sept. 12, Garfield County sheriff’s deputies arrested Thomas L. Green, 52, of Rifle on suspicion of drunken driving. -On Sept. 13, Garfield County sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in progress near Glenwood Springs. Caleb S. Colbert, 28, of Glenwood Springs was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault and harassment.
