Arrests merely indicate an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven otherwise or pleading guilty in court.)-An $800 guitar and case were stolen from a woman at Two Rivers Park on Sept. 26, Glenwood Springs police reported. There are no suspects in the theft. -On Sept. 27, Glenwood Springs police were advised that a vehicle was speeding in the parking lot of the Oasis Bar. The driver, Miguel Gonzalez-Bustillos, 18, of Glenwood Springs, was arrested on suspicion of underage drinking, driving while under restraint, drunken driving, DUI per se, careless driving and no proof of insurance. -On Sept. 27, Glenwood Springs police were notified of an allegedly intoxicated 19-year-old man who tried to steal a burrito from Mountain Market. Timothy S. Price, 19, of Glenwood Springs was arrested on suspicion of theft, possession of drug paraphernalia, underage drinking and a Silt police warrant for an earlier liquor-related offense. -On Sept. 22, Glenwood Springs police arrested Miguel Angel Castilla-Herrera, 22, of Glenwood Springs on suspicion of two counts of harassment, driving without a license as a habitual offender and on a warrant. -On Sept. 24, Glenwood Springs police responded to a report of a disturbance on Donegan Road. When they arrived, a man told police his girlfriend attacked him. The victim’s girlfriend, Bobbie Jo Makinster, 35, of Glenwood Springs, was arrested on suspicion of harassment.
