Editor’s note: The following information comes from official police and sheriff’s department incident reports. Arrests merely indicate an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless found guilty in court.-On Sept. 30, Glenwood Springs police arrested Albert A. Brunner, 62, of Glenwood Springs on suspicion of drunken driving. -On Oct. 1, Glenwood Springs police arrested August A. Alexander, 26, of Glenwood Springs on suspicion of harassment. -On Oct. 2, Glenwood Springs police were advised of two runaway juveniles who had spent the night with a man in his van. The man, Thomas R. Ahnemann, 38, of Florence, Ala., was arrested on suspicion of harboring a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. -On Oct. 4, Glenwood Springs police were dispatched to the scene of a possible assault. Jorge A. Carceres, 31, of Glenwood Springs was arrested on suspicion of harassment, first-degree criminal trespass and false imprisonment. -On Oct. 4, Glenwood Springs police were dispatched to a local residence for a man who allegedly assaulted a woman, then left with two children. Ricardo Galvan-Soto was found and arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault, false reporting to authorities and on several outstanding warrants. -On Oct. 4, Glenwood Springs police were advised that a transient assaulted another transient by punching him repeatedly. Michael L. Iverson, 50, a transient, was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault.
