– On Oct. 11, Rifle police pulled over a white truck on Railroad Avenue. The driver, Michael Harman, 41, of Rifle was arrested for suspicion of drunken driving.

– On Oct. 12, Rifle police received a report of a 6-year-old girl who was bitten by a dog after she interfered with it while it was eating. The dog was quarantined at home for 14 days.



– On Oct. 12, Rifle police saw a car with its high beams on. The driver, Jesus Manuel Rivera, 30, of Mexico was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving, DUI per se, driving without a license and failure to dim headlights.
