– On Dec. 2, a health care worker at Mountain Valley Developmental Services reported a possible sexual assault on a resident of the facility to Glenwood Springs police. The case is under investigation.

– On Dec. 6, Glenwood Springs police pulled over a driver for speeding and weaving. Michael J. Carlson was arrested on suspicion of weaving, speeding, drunken driving, DUI per se and no proof of insurance.



– On Dec. 6, Glenwood Springs police were investigating a report that someone had sprayed graffiti on several objects at a park. The damage is estimated at $500.

– On Dec. 6, Andres Garcia-Soto was arrested by Glenwood Springs police on suspicion of drunken driving, DUI per se and driving without headlights.



– On Dec. 6, Glenwood Springs police pulled over a vehicle for allegedly failing to yield at Mel Ray Road. Susanne M. Detwiler, 55, of Glenwood Springs was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving, DUI per se and failure to yield.

– On Dec. 7, Glenwood Springs police responded to a home on 11th Street for a report of domestic violence. Gregg S. MacAllister, 50, of Glenwood Springs was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault, criminal mischief and violating a restraining order.
