Editor’s note: The following information comes from official police and sheriff’s department incident reports. Arrests merely indicate an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless found guilty in court.

– On April 14, Garfield County sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to a report of someone who threw a softball-sized rock at a Colorado State Patrol car, causing damage. There are no suspects in the incident.

– On April 11, Garfield County sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop outside Glenwood Springs. Jon M. Petrosino, 26, of Glenwood Springs was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving, speeding and driving under restraint.

– On April 12, Garfield County sheriff’s deputies were advised of a possible sexual assault at Colorado West Recovery Center. Deputies found the person who reported the incident and then interviewed the alleged victim at the sheriff’s office. The incident is still under investigation.

– On April 9, Garfield County sheriff’s deputies stopped a driver for a traffic violation. That driver, Cynthia A. Kellebrew, 43, of Parachute was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving. She also had a 6-year-old child in the car and was charged with suspicion of child abuse with no injury.

– On April 16, Rifle police arrested Ronald Kincaid, 58, of Wyoming on suspicion of driving with a suspended license, no proof of insurance and drunken driving. He refused to post bond and was taken to the Garfield County Jail.
