GLENWOOD SPRINGS, May 30 ” Officers were informed of a hit-and-run accident at 14th Street and Grand Avenue. Police met with Raul Antolin-Estrada, 26, who had two warrants out for his arrest. He was arrested for the accident. Police charged Antolin with criminal impersonation, driving without a license, following too closely, failure to provide proof of insurance, failure to report accidents and for an outstanding warrant.

GLENWOOD SPRINGS, May 31 ” Martin Alva, 31, reported that he was assaulted at a local grocery store, which left him with a fractured finger. Alva had a warrant out for his arrest and was taken into custody. While on the way to jail, Alva saw the suspect in the assault. Police stopped Juan Garcia, 48, and took him into custody for second-degree assault.



GLENWOOD SPRINGS, May 31 ” A victim reported being assaulted and receiving minor injuries from a man armed with a knife in the Kmart parking lot. A second man reportedly swung a metal pole at the victim, breaking the victim’s friend’s vehicle’s windows. The alleged offenders remain unidentified, but could be charged with third-degree assault, criminal mischief and felony menacing.

GLENWOOD SPRINGS, May 31 ” Two incidents of fuel piracy occurred at the West Glenwood Kum and Go and the Grand Avenue Sinclair station. There are no suspects in the Kum and Go piracy, but the Sinclair station reported that $91.71 in fuel was allegedly stolen by a person in an older model Ford truck with temporary plates. Police were unable to locate the vehicle.



GLENWOOD SPRINGS, June 1 ” Snow White, 51, and Christopher James Fox, 37, where caught trespassing in the Hot Springs Pool at 1:52 a.m. Both were cited for trespassing.

GLENWOOD SPRINGS, June 2 ” Officers responded to 1302 Riverview Ave., where Luke B. Little, age unknown, was allegedly suicidal. As officers tried to detain Little, Little allegedly assaulted one officer. Little was charged with second-degree assault.
