RIFLE, July 31 ” Rifle Police were dispatched to Rifle High School on a report of burglary and vandalism. The case is under investigation.

GLENWOOD SPRINGS, July 31 ” While an officer was on patrol, two male subjects were observed running on a Grand Avenue sidewalk with stolen items in their hands. The officer contacted the male subjects and placed them under arrest for petty theft. Summonsed for petty theft were Nicholas David Hansch, 24, and Christopher Colly Lyons, 23.

August 1 ” Trevor Matthew Rogalski, age unknown ” Noise ordinance violation, disorderly conduct, control of drug paraphernalia

August 2 ” Alberto Mellin Tapia, 37 ” Third degree assault, criminal mischief, criminal impersonation

August 3 ” Samuel Lara, 22 ” Unlawful use of a controlled substance, unlawful sale of a controlled substance

August 6 ” Joaquin Pantoja De Leon, 28 ” DUI, unlawful possession, traffic violations
