Arrests merely indicate an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless found guilty in court. RIFLE: Sheriff’s deputies contacted a vehicle for a driving infraction, and found intoxicated minors. The driver was sober and was released. Austin Wayne Coryell, 20, and Dylan Robert Coryell, 19, and Thomas Carl Trevena, 20, were charged with underage possession or consumption of alcohol. RIFLE: Frankie M. King, 35, was charged with third-degree assault and child abuse after police investigated a report of child abuse. RIFLE: Police responded to a disturbance call and contacted four individuals inside a residence. They arrested Lonnie Jay DeLack, 35, on charges of domestic violence, criminal mischief, false imprisonment and for an outstanding warrant. RIFLE: Scott Lloyd Rodriguez, 37, was issued a summons for child abuse and third-degree assault. Police believe he struck a 13-year-old. RIFLE: Police observed a vehicle hit a curb on the 1500 block of Railroad Ave. Gare Duggan of Arkansas, 20, was allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and charged with DUI, minor in possession of alcohol, compulsory insurance and careless driving. RIFLE: Police responded to a disturbance call and arrested Kelli Bohl, 28, for third-degree assault and domestic violence. Myron Miller, 26, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. NEW CASTLE: Lindsey Dean Passmore, 39, was issued a summons for two charges of dog at large after sheriff’s deputies received a report of a dog attacking another dog. CARBONDALE: Deputies contacted a 47-year-old man at his residence while looking for another address. Vinton Ross Clark Jr., 47, was arrested when found to have an outstanding Garfield County warrant for incest to a child. GLENWOOD SPRINGS: Illegal dumping … A Glenwood Springs Parks Department employee reported illegally dumped trash at a local park. Jan Marie Teige, 46, was cited for illegal dumping on public property. GLENWOOD SPRINGS: John Grant Holcomb, 18, was arrested for allegedly stealing liquor from Roaring Fork Liquors. He was charged with petty theft, possession of drug paraphernalia and underage possession of alcohol. GLENWOOD SPRINGS: Police observed a vehicle speeding. After a short pursuit, police stopped the vehicle and noticed signs of an intoxicated driver. Gary Franklin Lewis, 45, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving and attempting to elude a police officer. GLENWOOD SPRINGS: Police stopped a vehicle for traffic infractions and noticed signs of an intoxicated driver. Jimmy Don Grubbs, 42, was arrested for speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to signal for a turn and failure to provide proof of insurance. GLENWOOD SPRINGS: Police responded to a call of several males fighting on N. Hyland Park Drive. Police charged Jerome Lamar Richardson, 19, with disorderly conduct and harassment. Christopher Gottschalck, 20, was charged with harassment and arrested on an outstanding warrant. Matthew James Matchette, 18, was charged with carrying concealed weapons. Jacob Barcum, 18, was charged with harassment. GLENWOOD SPRINGS: Follow your nose … While assisting during a traffic stop, an officer smelled the odor of burning marijuana emanating from a passenger. Luis Rojo Trevizo, 33, admitted to smoking and presented pot and a glass pipe, but provided a false name. He was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal impersonation and also on outstanding warrants. GLENWOOD SPRINGS: Police recognized a vehicle from a prior criminal contact. The license plate was found to be fictitious. Israel Avalos-Rios, 21, was arrested for false reporting to authorities, driving without a license, displaying fictitious license plates, failure to display valid registration and failure to provide proof of insurance. GLENWOOD SPRINGS: Police responded to a disturbance at a residence. A female said her boyfriend hit her.
