DUI ” Police saw a vehicle fail to stop at a stop sign. They believe the driver was intoxicated and had a warrant out for his arrest for failure to appear on a traffic offense. They arrested Jason Randall Moan, 29, for DUI, driving under restraint, failure to provide proof of insurance, failure to stop at a stop sign and for the warrant.
DUI ” An officer noticed a vehicle failing to signal for a turn. Police stopped the car and observed indications that the driver was intoxicated. They cited Shannon Cronan Dutsch, 38, for DUI and failure to signal for a turn.
Noise ” Officers answered a noise complaint on Sprucewood Lane. They cited Deborah Lynn Hord, 52.
Harassment ” Police answered a harassment call at the 19th Street Diner. They cited David Craig Adams, 57, for harassment.
Burning material ” Police were notified of a small fire in the front yard of a home after someone threw some type of burning material from a car. Police contacted the suspected car and cited Christopher Michael Masterson, 20, for littering and Josh Lee Bradley, 21, for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Assault ” Police responded to a disturbance at a residence on 8th Street. They cited Christopher Clark Blaisdell, 25, and Micah Lee Hayward, 27, for one charge of assault each.
Assault ” Police answered a report of a 911 hang up. They believe James Seitz, 20, harassed, falsely imprisoned and assaulted his girlfriend. They believe he was also under the influence of alcohol as a minor. Seitz was arrested.
Harassment ” Police received a call asking about a restraining order. They believe a man’s ex-girlfriend had been harassing him over the phone. They arrested Holley Savoy, 22, on suspicion of harassment.
Paraphernalia ” Police contacted Jeremiah Mobley on suspicion that he was driving under restraint. They believe Mobley and a juvenile possessed drug paraphernalia. The juvenile was released and Mobley was arrested for driving under restraint, compulsory insurance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
DUI ” Officers answered a call of a hit and run accident. They contacted Derrik Smith, 19, at the scene. They believe Smith had been driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under suspension and possessed alcohol underage. He was arrested.
Harassment ” Police arrested Jeffrey Bollig on a harassment charge for allegedly threatening his former employer by phone.
Laptop ” Police cited Dorothy Felix, 36, for theft. They believe she stole a laptop form a business owner.
Underage ” Officers found two males who appeared intoxicated at Metro Park. They cited Randall Rockwell, 18, and Jonathon Schaffler, 20, for underage consumption of alcohol.
Restraining order ” Brian J. Amelung, 21, was arrested on suspicion of violating a restraining order.
Shots fired ” Police answered a report of shots fired. They believe Mark Oswald, 32, had discharged a firearm. They arrested Oswald on charges of menacing, prohibited use of a weapon and reckless endangerment.
