Fast food – Police were dispatched to a disturbance at Wendy’s. They contacted a male they believe was intoxicated and under the influence of illegal drugs. Police say he was threatening patrons. Several threats were directed toward Latino customers, by one witness account, making several children cry, police said. Police arrested Gregory Andrew Aamoth, 24, on suspicion of ethnic intimidation, two counts of harassment, disorderly conduct, third-degree trespass and felony menacing.Assault – Police took a report of a sexual assault. They investigated and arrested Dana Hildabrendt Head, 47, on suspicion of sexual assault.DUI – Police observed a vehicle weaving across the double yellow lane divider and speeding. Police cited Joel Thomas Glover, 36, for driving while ability impaired and failure to drive in a single lane.DUI – An officer was watching a bar before 2 a.m. near 900 Grand Ave. He observed someone back a car into another vehicle. Police arrested Greggory Alan Davis, 24, on suspicion of DUI, careless driving, failure to provide proof of insurance and driving under restraint.Domestic – Officers contacted a pregnant woman at the hospital in reference to a domestic violence complaint. She said her husband hit her and pushed her during an argument, causing her to fall and break a window at the Roaring Fork Inn and Cabins. She said the man broke down the door when she locked him out of the motel room. Police arrested Philip Jay Amador, 28, on suspicion of third-degree assault and criminal mischief.Dog – Police cited Julie Selbo Carruth, 40, for animal disturbing the peace. They believe her dog was barking and disturbing the peace of the neighborhood.
Megaphone – Police observed a vehicle traveling with a headlamp out. Officers believe Hunter Zetka, 18, was intoxicated and yelling out the window at police with a megaphone. He was cited for underage consumption of alcohol. Two juveniles were issued a curfew warning.Trespass – Police contacted Ashton Allbrook, 19, on suspicion of trespassing in someone’s backyard and arrested him for an outstanding warrant.Parking lot – Police took a report of a car ramming another car in a parking lot. They arrested Keith Bozeman, 20, on suspicion of false imprisonment and domestic violence. Police believe he used his car to block his wife’s car from leaving the area.Egged – Police noticed several vehicles from the 200 block of Whiteriver to the 500 block of 12th Street had been egged.
