Assault – Police answered a report of domestic violence. They arrested Christopher R. Kelley, 28, and Shelby Anne Vernell, 23, on suspicion of third-degree assault.Escape – Police were advised of a woman at an Overlin Drive residence that might have active warrants. They contacted Lori Jean Gonzales, 32, and determined that she had two warrants for escape. One was out of Weld County for escape with $100,000 bond. The second was a no bond warrant out of the Department of Criminal Justice for flight-escape on an original charge of dangerous drugs.Feeding wildlife – Police cited Jeffryes James Terence, 27, for feeding of wildlife. They believe he was not complying with a garbage and trash ordinance.Probation violation – Police arrested Gabriel Emile Gauthier, 24, on suspicion of violating probation.Stolen vehicle – The Hanson International business on Devereux Road reported a stolen vehicle worth about $45,000. There were no immediate suspects.Harassment – Police answered a report of a domestic disturbance. They cited Timothy John Smith, 44, with harassment.Traffic violations – Police stopped a vehicle for traffic violations. They arrested Elmer Noyola Luna, 22, on suspicion of driving without a license, making an improper lane change and failing to turn from a turn-only lane.Underage consumption – Police contacted a 19-year-old male they believe was passed out and intoxicated in a vehicle in the Dos Hombres parking lot. They cited Samuel F. Gutierrez with underage consumption or possession of alcohol.Theft – Police answered a report of a bottle of alcohol stolen from Grand Avenue Liquors. They arrested Rodrigo Ruiz, 24, on suspicion of possession of marijuana, theft and for an outstanding contempt of court warrant.DUI – Police stopped a vehicle they believe was being driven erratically. They arrested Mauricio Segovia Leiva, 34, on suspicion of DUI and failure to drive in a single lane.
