Burglary – Police were notified of a burglary that happened overnight Oct. 30 to Oct. 31. Someone entered the Intermountain Communications Services on Grand Avenue and stole cash and merchandise.Dog bite – Police answered a report of a dog bite at the City Market parking lot. They gave Aaron Michael Nelson, 31, a vicious animal citation.Speeding motorcycle – Police stopped a motorcycle suspected of speeding. They cited Sean Paul Spain, 37, with speeding and driving under restraint and arrested him on outstanding warrants for failing to appear.Mischief – Police responded to a report of domestic violence on the 500 block of Eighth Street. They arrested Joshua Phillip Brand, 25, on suspicion of criminal mischief, a marijuana citation and introducing contraband.Landfill disturbance – Police answered a report of a disturbance at the South Canyon Landfill. They cited Todd Eugene Wagner, 44, with disorderly conduct.Fake plates – Police stopped a vehicle driving with an expired plate. They cited Joshua Kyle Snead with having an unregistered vehicle and displaying fictitious plates.Oasis – Police responded to a report of a fight between two females at a bar at the Oasis Restaurant. They cited Vanessa Aguilar, 19, with harassment.Bar fight – Police responded to Doc Holliday’s bar for a report of a fight. They arrested Buck McCade Adams, 24, on suspicion of fighting, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.Concealed weapon – Police contacted a suspicious male suspected of being intoxicated in the City Market parking lot. They arrested Peter Jon Renkel, 44, on suspicion of carrying a concealed weapon.DUI – Police stopped a vehicle suspected of making a right turn from the wrong lane. They arrested Scott Arthur McTighe, 43, on suspicion of DUI, displaying fictitious plates, driving with a revoked license and making a right turn from the wrong lane.DUI – Police observed a vehicle believed to be parked the wrong way in a fire lane with loud music. They arrested Anthony Joseph Mattivi, 19, on suspicion of DUI and underage possession or consumption of alcohol.DUI – Police stopped a vehicle for a suspected traffic infraction.
