On Nov. 15, Glenwood Springs police responded to a doctor’s office for a report of a sexual assault on a juvenile victim. The case is under investigation. -On Nov. 15, Glenwood Springs police responded to a disturbance at Club Cyrano. While looking for the person involved in the incident, they found him at the bar drinking alcohol. The bartender, Christopher Robert Henson, 28, of Glenwood Springs was cited for suspicion of two counts of serving alcohol to someone under 21 and will be mandated to appear in court. -On Nov. 15, Glenwood Springs police pulled over the driver of a speeding vehicle. The driver identified himself with a Mexican birth certificate and said he didn’t have a valid driver’s license. He was cited for suspicion of speeding and driving without a license, then let go. Later, checking their computer system, police discovered the driver’s correct name and date of birth: Roberto Renteria-Virgen, 35, of Glenwood Springs.They called dispatch, who said the man’s license was revoked for an alcohol offense, so police later went to the man’s residence and arrested him. -On Nov. 15, Glenwood Springs police were doing a routine check of a man requesting aid at LIFT-UP and found that Nick Tom Petmezas, 45, of Glenwood Springs was wanted for two warrants. He was arrested and lodged in jail. -On Nov. 15, Glenwood Springs police were called by a woman who said her husband had violated a restraining order. Robert Rogerson, 46, of Glenwood Springs was arrested on suspicion of violating a restraining order and put in jail. -On Nov. 16, Glenwood Springs police arrested John Michael Kettler, 50, of Basalt for allegedly urinating on a sidewalk in downtown Glenwood Springs. He was given a municipal court summons for suspicion of urinating in public. -On Nov. 16, Glenwood Springs police pulled over a vehicle for a traffic infraction. The driver, Juan Carlos Cisneros, 21, of Carbondale was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving, changing lanes when unsafe and no driver’s license. -On Nov. 10, Glenwood Springs police pulled over a vehicle for a traffic infraction. Ricardo Gallegos-Carbajal, 23, of Dotsero, was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving and reckless driving.
