DUI – Police observed a man passed out in a vehicle on the 200 block of Seventh Street. Leroy Allen Winters, Jr., 46, was arrested on suspicion of DUI and failure to provide immediate proof of insurance.DUI – Police stopped a vehicle for a suspected traffic violation. Keith Hower Herring, 24, was arrested on suspicion of careless driving and DUI.DUI – Police contacted a vehicle suspected of careless driving. They arrested Casey Edwin Hultquist, 39, on suspicion of DUI, careless driving and driving under restraint.
Fight – Deputies responded to a traffic accident on Interstate 70 that escalated into a physical fight. They arrested Joshua Brady Welch, 19, of Parachute on suspicion of assault on a peace officer, resisting arrest, reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.Post Independent, Glenwood Springs Colorado CO
