March 9: DUI ” Police contacted a vehicle they believe backed into a barricade. They arrested Fablan Hipolito Hermosillo, 32, of Eagle, on suspicion of DUI, unsafe backing and violating a restraining order.
March 7: DUI ” Police pulled over a vehicle that didn’t have tail lights. They arrested Shawn Scott Patterson, 35, of Glenwood Springs, on suspicion of DWAI, driving under restraint and driving with a defective tail lamp.
March 2: Wrong way ” Police stopped a vehicle suspected of driving the wrong way down the wing street near 700 Grand Ave. They arrested Cutberto Noyola Renteria, 24, of Glenwood Springs, on suspicion of DUI and driving the wrong way down a one-way street.
DUI ” Police stopped a vehicle after it allegedly almost hit two pedestrians. They arrested Daniel Anthony Latuff, 25, of Osseo, Minn., on suspicion of DUI and failure to yield to a pedestrian.
Feb. 29: DUI ” Police stopped a vehicle suspected of speeding. They arrested
Radek Strnad, 36, of the Czech Republic, on suspicion of DUI and speeding.
Feb. 28: DUI ” Police contacted a vehicle suspected of running a stop sign. They arrested Jason Earl Spencer, 36, of Basalt, on suspicion of DUI, failure to provide proof of insurance and failure to yield at a stop sign.
March 9: Assault ” Police arrested Jon F. Creech on suspicion of assault after a woman alleged he assaulted her.
March 8: DUI ” Police contacted a vehicle for suspected traffic violations. They discovered the same vehicle had been stopped earlier in the evening and the driver was arrested for DUI. Tiffany Green, 29, of Parachute, was arrested on suspicion of DUI and driving with defective tail lamps.
March 7: DUI ” Police stopped a vehicle for suspected traffic violations. They issued a summons to Jerald Rensvold, 66, of Parachute, for DUI and released him to a sober party.
March 4: Harassment ” Ross Rhoades, 20, was cited with harassment for allegedly harassing someone over the phone.
Assault ” Police responded to a report of an assault. They arrested Jeffrey Anton, 29, of Rifle, on suspicion of third-degree assault, child abuse and domestic violence.
March 2: DUI ” Police contacted a vehicle driving with a tail light out. They arrested Sergio Toca Silva, 24, of Silt, on suspicion of DUI.
March 1: DUI ” Police stopped a vehicle suspected of weaving and speeding. They arrested Reaul Sonsteng Ohara, 39, on suspicion of DUI.
March 1: DUI ” Police responded to a report of a drunk driver. They arrested Luis Magana Manzo, 30, on suspicion of DUI.
Feb. 28: DUI ” Police stopped a vehicle for suspected traffic violations. They arrested Craig Crowley, 24, on suspicion of DUI and careless driving.
Feb. 27: Dog ” Garfield County deputies cited Jana Farris, of Silt, with dog at large and dog license required.

Feb. 24: Assault ” Deputies responded to a report of a domestic disturbance. They arrested Charles Howard Hyma, 46, of New Castle. A woman alleged she was hit in the face while holding a child.
