July 7: DUI ” Police responded to an accident and arrested Rigoberto Uribe Beltran, 27, of Glenwood Springs, on suspicion of DUI, driving without a valid license and careless driving.
July 6: Dog at large ” Police looked into a report of a dog at large that caused minor injury to a girl. Police cited Traci Jane Hatfield, 41, of Glenwood Springs, with dog at large and vicious animal citations.
July 6: DUI ” Police investigated an accident. They determined the driver hit a parked vehicle and arrested Jorge Cruz Ramirez, 25, of Glenwood Springs, on suspicion of DUI, weaving, driving without a valid license and leaving the scene of an accident.
July 5: Disturbance ” Police responded to a disturbance call. They arrested Kristin Danielle Dutiel, 24, of Glenwood Springs, on suspicion of harassment.
July 4: Open container ” Police cited Chad Albert Gardner, 32, of Glenwood Springs, with an open container violation and drinking in public areas. They allege he was drinking in Two Rivers Park and refused to pour out his alcohol.
July 4: DUI ” In unrelated contacts, police cited John James Sutton, 20, of Thornton, and Bradly James Bates, 20, of Glenwood Springs, underage possession or consumption of alcohol.
July 6: Fight ” Police responded to a report of a fight. They arrested Phillip Jones, 20, of Rifle, on suspicion of harassment and underage possession or consumption of alcohol.
July 5: Assault ” Police investigated a report of an assault and arrested Jesus Romero Maldonado on suspicion of assault and menacing.
July 4: Alarm ” Police responded to an alarm on Railroad Avenue. Police determined Rodolfo Martinez Rodriguez, 31, of Rifle was intoxicated and refusing to leave a business. He was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
July 4: Domestic disturbance ” Police took a call of a domestic disturbance. Luis Marin, 29, allegedly ran from the scene and was later arrested on suspicion of assault, possession of marijuana and domestic violence.
July 4: Stolen car ” Two 14-year-old boys were cited with aggravated motor vehicle theft and released to their parents after a vehicle was stolen from the 700 block of Cactus Court.
July 4: Open burning ” Police investigated a brush fire. They cited Luis Cano Jr., 19, of Rifle, with an open burning citation. Police said Cano claimed he was unaware of the fire ban.
July 1: Menacing ” Police responded to a verbal argument in which a man reportedly showed a gun. Police arrested Jason Robinson, 26, of Westminster.
