Sept. 14: DUI ” Police answered a report of an accident on Highway 6. They cited a driver, Todd Monroe Yates, 36, of Glenwood Springs, with DUI, failure to provide proof of insurance, driving without the proper class of license and careless driving.
Sept. 14: Disturbance ” Police investigated a disturbance report at a gas station. They cited Michael Thomas Rooding, 40, of Snowmass Village, with disorderly conduct.
Sept. 14: DUI ” Police stopped a vehicle suspected of a traffic violation. They arrested Abelardo Erives Gonzalez, 26, of Glenwood Springs, on suspicion of DUI, speeding, driving with a license under restraint and for an arrest warrant for failure to appear on a traffic offense.
Sept. 13: Shoplifting ” Police responded to a report of a shoplifter at a local store and arrested Carmen Serpas Mejilla, 43, on suspicion of petty theft.
Sept. 13: DUI ” Police pulled over a vehicle suspected of stopping at a flashing yellow light and weaving on Grand Avenue. They arrested Shad Waller Allenbaugh, 21, of Fruita, on suspicion of DUI, weaving and driving with a license under restraint.
Sept. 13: DUI ” Police stopped a vehicle suspected of weaving on Interstate 70. They arrested Alberto Loera Rodriguez, 22, of Avon, on suspicion of DUI, weaving and driving without a valid license.
Sept. 12: Disturbance ” Police contacted a man for a report of a disturbance at a bank. They arrested John Adams Weaver, 51, of Ogden, Utah, on suspicion of disorderly conduct.
Sept. 12: Warrant ” Police arrested Vinton Ross Clark Jr., 49, on an active arrest warrant for contempt of court in a case with an attempted sexual assault on a child charge.
Sept. 11: DUI ” Police pulled over a vehicle suspected of weaving. They cited Brenton Jay Wartner, 28, of Glenwood Springs, with DUI and weaving.
Sept. 10: DUI ” Police stopped a vehicle they say drove onto a sidewalk on Grand Avenue. They arrested Sergio Carrasco, 42, of Glenwood Springs, on suspicion of DUI, failure to provide proof of insurance, driving with a license under restraint and weaving.
Sept. 10: Shoplifting ” Police were dispatched to a report of a shoplifter in custody at a department store in Glenwood Meadows. They cited Kelsie Anne Feldman, 19, of Carbondale, with petty theft.
Sept. 10: Assault ” Police responded to a report of a sexual assault. They arrested Gerard Vuolo, 51, of Aspen, on suspicion of unlawful sexual contact.
Sept. 9: Underage drinking ” Police contacted a vehicle with very loud music coming from it. They cited James Tyler Wolfe, 19, and Blake William Thayer, both of Glenwood Springs, with underage possession or consumption of alcohol and an open container violation.
Sept. 8: Warrant ” Police contacted a man believed to have an active arrest warrant. They arrested Luke Michael Heuer, 22, of New Castle, on a warrant for failure to appear on a DUI charge.
Sept. 8: Warrant ” A woman arrived at the Glenwood Springs Police Department to turn herself in for an arrest warrant. Police arrested Melinda Toovey, 29, of Glenwood Springs, on a Pitkin County arrest warrant for first degree forgery.
