Sept. 21: Public urination ” Police say they saw Shannon Michael Lase, 33, of Glenwood Springs, urinating on Eighth Street just before midnight and cited him for the violation.
Sept. 21: Marijuana ” Police responded to a report of someone messing with a vehicle. They arrested Gabriel Velasquez, 21, of Gypsum, on suspicion of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, criminal mischief, trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Sept. 20: DUI ” Police answered a complaint about a driver. They arrested Robbie Delyle Luthi, 55, of Las Vegas on suspicion of DUI, careless driving and driving without a valid license.
Sept. 20: DUI ” Police pulled over a vehicle suspected of failing to dim its high beams. They cited Elizabeth Ann Murray, 25, of Glenwood Springs, with DUI and failure to dim headlights.
Sept. 20: Harassment ” Police investigated a report of a man trying to hit a bouncer at the Oasis Restaurant. They arrested Juan Carlos, 24, of Rifle, on suspicion of trespass and harassment.
Sept. 20: DUI ” Police contacted a vehicle suspected of a traffic violation. They arrested Ever Armando Medina Acevedo, 21, of Parachute, on suspicion of DUI, careless driving and driving with a license under revocation.
Sept. 19: DUI ” Police saw a vehicle peel out around a U-turn from a stopped position. They arrested the driver, Phillip Mario Maniscalchi, 21, of Glenwood Springs, on suspicion of DUI and speed contest.
Sept. 18: Warrant ” Police responded to the probation department and arrested Omar Lopez Zarate, 25, of Carbondale, on an active warrant for an assault charge.
Sept. 18: Bar fight ” Police responded to a report of a fight at the Springs bar. Lindsey Anne Tooker, 23, of Glenwood Springs, was cited with obstructing a police officer. Hila Rose Marie Winnen, 23, of Springfield, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of assault and possession of drug paraphernalia. Greggory Alan Davis, 25, of Glenwood Springs, was arrested on a Mesa County warrant for contempt of court for a case with a menacing charge.
Sept. 18: Open container ” Police cited Maxie Ray Parks II, 27, and Leslie Bryant Stroup, 46, with a drinking in a public area violation. Police say they were drinking Vodka in the parking lot of a store.
Sept. 17: Loud guest ” Police responded to a noise complaint at a hotel room. They arrested Brent Allan Frele, 20, of New Castle, on suspicion of underage possession or consumption of alcohol, a noise violation and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. One 19-year-old was cited for underage possession or consumption of alcohol and then released to a parent.
